> Testimonial

"In 2007 I achieved a life-long ambition by representing Great Britain in the World Duathlon age-group Championships in Gyor, Hungary and a month after that the European Duathlon age-group Championships in Edinburgh.  However, the highs of becoming an International athlete were quickly shattered when I injured a calf muscle in November of that year whilst racing at the Stowmarket Scenic Seven.  I made contact with Sportsmed East and Dave Williams immediately started working on my treatment and rehabilitation.  In February 2008 I am delighted to say that I returned to competitive action by winning the Lakenheath Fen Cross-Country.  Many thanks Dave and Sportsmed East."
