I was then recommended Sportsmed East, who appreciated how important it was for me to return to the squash court. I consulted Dave Williams and David Hodgkinson. I received treatment on my wrist, a course of wrist strengthening exercises as well as having an assessment of racket grip and specific shot technique that caused pain.  After an on court assessment we planned a graduated return to sport and I was able to return to training and playing.
